Attorney Charles Yoon is licensed to practice in New York and holds a Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. from Columbia University. With over 25 years of experience in domestic and international litigation and arbitration, Mr. Yoon has been involved in a wide range of commercial disputes, both in prosecution and defense.
Mr. Yoon served as an arbitrator in a $100 million International Chamber of Commerce arbitration case held in London. He has handled numerous contract breach and tort claims, successfully defending major Korean conglomerates and their U.S. subsidiaries in various cases.
Previously, Mr. Yoon was a partner at Thelen Reid & Priest LLP. He is a former President of the International Association of Korean Lawyers, former President of the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York, former President of the Korean American Business Council of Greater New York, and a former Co-Chair of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association's Committee on Independent and Small Firms. Mr. Yoon regularly speaks at conferences on litigation and other legal topics, and he is fluent in Korean.
