With over 12 years of experience, Mr. Chen is skilled in commercial contract disputes, product liability and intellectual property disputes, corporate compliance, cross-border insolvency, global product recalls, and other areas of international dispute resolution.
Mr. Chen has directly led, handled, or actively participated in litigation, mediation, negotiation, and/or transactions in the following forums or locations: courts/arbitration commissions in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, and Xiamen in China; federal court in New Jersey, state courts in New York, California, and Ohio in the U.S.; courts in Calgary, Canada; as well as locations including Seattle, Washington; Atlanta, Georgia; and Barcelona, Spain.

Acted as a leading partner and chief attorney in the legal advisory team for the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Committees for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, providing related legal services.
Represented a major Chinese state-owned bank in cross-border disputes over the enforcement of overseas collateral for multimillion-dollar loans, successfully securing a favorable ruling from a foreign court for the enforcement and management of the collateral through meticulous evidence presentation and effective rebuttals.
Represented a large Mexican photovoltaic manufacturing and exporting company in cross-border disputes involving U.S. customs anti-dumping duties.
